What type of application can Application Pro help you with today?
Self-directed
This option will support you as the applicant by providing information on best practices and what to expect from the process.
You’ll receive a completed application form with further instructions on submission.
You’ll have the option to add on Application Pro services for areas that you find more challenging.
You also may be required to hire outside consultants depending on your property (ex. Arborist, Professional Planner, etc.).
Application Pro is not your agent in this case, will not be in contact with any municipal staff, and will not be present at the Committee of Adjustment hearing.
Full-service
Application Pro will act as your agent from beginning to end of your application. You’ll receive a comprehensive package including the following:
- Completed application form
- Site photos
- Application cover letter (application justification, site information, applicable law, and other details as required)
- Required signage and sign-posting on property
- An Application Pro consultant will attend the Committee of Adjustment hearing and speak to your application (Licensed Paralegal and/or Registered Professional Planner)
You’ll have the option to add on Application Pro services and additional consultant services where necessary (ex. Arborist, Professional Planner, etc.):
Discounted appeal support (in the event application is denied)
Zoning review and waiver
Neighbourhood public consultation
